Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets for all direct segments
Identify, prospect, and onboard new Corporate and Leisure partners, maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate and Leisure partners, negotiating commission structures and rate agreements
Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimise corporate rate plans, room allocations, and yield strategies
Deliver engaging presentations, virtual site tours, and roadshows to Corporate and Leisure Operators decision-makers and agents
Analyse booking patterns, market trends, and competitor activity to refine sales tactics
Coordinate with Marketing to create bespoke promotional materials, corporate and Leisure incentive programmes, and digital campaigns
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to senior leadership
Mentor and support regional sales teams on corporate best practices and account management
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in hotel or hospitality sales, with a proven track record managing TMC accounts
Strong understanding of corporate travel, booking platforms (Venue Directory and Guestline)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working across multiple territories
Ability to travel frequently within the UK
Flexibility in the role is key, as you may need to be flexible in moving around hotels depending on growth of the hotel group.
