The TikTok LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything related to LIVE content — from creator growth and community engagement to campaign design and platform innovation. Our mission is to empower creators to build a creative, engaging, and safe space for all users while driving sustainable growth through high-impact LIVE campaigns. We are seeking a Creator Campaign Strategy Manager to design, execute, and optimize LIVE campaigns across Southern European markets, with a focus on Greece, Portugal, and Croatia. This role will combine creative thinking, data-driven strategy, and operational excellence to enhance creator engagement and revenue performance. You will play a key role in shaping TikTok LIVE’s campaign strategy by designing goal-driven programs for creators of all tiers, analyzing performance data, and driving continuous improvement across multiple regions. - Create, plan, and execute goal-driven LIVE campaigns tailored to all creator tiers for assigned markets (Greece, Portugal, Croatia). - Analyze campaign performance, identify key trends and gameplay patterns, and present insights to continuously improve campaign design and outcomes. - Collaborate closely with local creator and agency teams to ensure creator education, engagement, and maximum participation rates. - Work cross-functionally with revenue, product, and creative teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and overall LIVE experience. - Partner with product teams to develop innovative campaign ideas and new ways to engage audiences and creators on LIVE. - Contribute to revenue growth strategies, monitoring campaign impact on performance and monetization metrics. - Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic planning, creator selection, and content direction. - Stay ahead of LIVE and creator industry trends, identifying new opportunities for creative engagement and growth. - Be creative, proactive, and champion new campaign ideas that inspire both creators and users.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or above. - At least 2 years of experience working in creator and campaign management. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, spot trends, and translate findings into actionable strategies. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and data interpretation. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in collaborative, cross-functional environments. - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting to change and ambiguity. - High fluency in English in written and spoken. - High proficiency in oral and written Greek, Portuguese, or Croatian to manage Greek, Portuguese, or Croatian campaigns and engage with creators in assigned markets. Preferred Qualifications: - Proven experience in campaign planning, strategic operations, data analysis, and creator management. - Previous background in live streaming or entertainment operations is preferred but not required. - Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for LIVE content and creator ecosystems.
