The Group Finance Manager reports directly to the Head of Corporate Reporting as a key member of the finance team.
Responsibilities:
* the timely and accurate preparation of all external reporting, including the half year and year end Future plc results;
* preparing statutory financial statements of subsidiary entities;
* accounting for the Group’s employee share schemes;
* technical accounting projects, including impact assessment for, and implementation of, new accounting standards.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve:
* Qualified accountant
* Strong technical accounting knowledge, including of new accounting standards, share schemes and acquisitions
* Strong experience of group consolidation
* High attention to detail
