About the role
We are looking for an ambitious Senior National Account Manager to join our expanding UK, Pureplay and ANZ commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, building, and nurturing strategic partnerships with our retail partners. You will identify new commercial opportunities and negotiate top-tier reciprocal support to bring the Tilbury magic to life in stores and online. You should have a commercial mindset with a natural ability to achieve creative results and ambitious growth targets. You will be highly numerate, target-driven, commercially savvy, and passionate about working in the beauty industry. This role is based in our London office, with the ability to work from home 2 days a week.
Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain relationships at all levels within designated accounts, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing, to position the Charlotte Tilbury brand for strong voice, visibility and exposure
* Conduct commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, space and location, in-store availability, and support with Buying and Merchandising
* Understand retail context, category and store performance to identify opportunities and strategic needs
* Own all net sales forecasting for defined retailers, meeting financial deadlines and budget submissions, flagging risks and opportunities
* Deliver strategic plans to maintain and drive leadership across the estate
* Forecast for NPD and core lines; manage inventory and assortment with Supply Chain and Demand Planning
* Support development and performance of National Account Managers, including forecasting and trade relationship management
* Coach and motivate National Account Managers, supporting key decisions while maintaining autonomy and accountability
Who you will work with
* Report directly to the Commercial Director as part of a supportive and ambitious team
* Collaborate with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Store Design to plan retailer activations, launches, events and store animations
* Partner with the Field Retail team to execute trading plans
About you
* Extensive experience as a Senior National Account Manager / National Account Manager, preferably in beauty, luxury or fashion
* Strong numeracy, target-driven mindset, commercial savviness, and passion for the beauty industry
* Structured and organised, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced growth
* Forward-thinking with ability to build cross-functional relationships
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build trusted relationships
