As our Community Housing Assistant (CHA) youre the face to face customer support to our communities. We are looking for the right candidate to lead a project identifying the fly tipping hotspots and working with our fabulous team of housing managers and local professional partners to combat fly tipping and make our customers feel safe and proud of the communities where they live. What you'll do Through high visibility, engagement with customers and proactivity on our estates, youll really get to get to know our communities. Youll support our housing managers to look after their patches and through this, help us to improve our local neighbourhoods. Youll support with tasks such as managing our voids processes which includes liaising with local authorities, estate inspections, engaging and meeting with contractors on site. Youll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities. Youll also manage the admin updating records, ordering, and arranging payment for works to be done. Why choose us? The ability to use technology to navigate our systems and update customer records An appreciation that this is a role where youll spend much of your time lone working in our local estates The practical bits Although youll spend time in our neighbourhoods, we do get together regularly, we spend 1 day in the office and the remaining days working from home. There may be some flexibility to adapt your working hours, do let us know about this when you meet us at the interview We mainly work Monday to Friday and work occasional evenings to meet with customers. Youll be able to shape your own diary. Youll need a vehicle insured for business purposes.
