As our Retail Merchandiser you will be responsible for ensuring retail stores meet Samsung brand guidelines through regular compliance checks.
In this role youll visit multiple stores across a large geographical region. Youll build relationships with in store teams, executing product and promotional launches & initiatives. Ensuring successful rollouts and installations.

WHAT YOULL BE UP TO
EXECUTION
Ensure thorough store coverage in assigned regions, maintaining frequent communication with key stakeholders
Update Samsung branded in-store displays during product launches
Ensure promotional materials are visible on Samsung branded spaces.
Monitor and report on promotional initiatives
Identify operational quick-fix solutions as needed
BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS
Manage retail relationships, be the point of contact for regional compliance matters
Build and maintain relationships with the Retail Leads to ensure full scope is clear during product launch periods
Prepare locations for VIP visits and events, conduct regular visits for relationship-building and monitoring
COMPLIANCE
Manage compliance and Point of sale (POS) messaging for brand and retailer guidelines
Regional escalation point for compliance issues, adhere to service levels (SLAs) and compliance standards
Address concerns promptly
REPORTING
Report operational and compliance issues, offering valuable insights
Manage Retail Merchandising System registrations and connections
Focus on achieving KPIs and exceeding targets
Efficiently manage call-file / route planning for peak times and availability

Competitive Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 Per Annum
