What You’ll Be Doing:
️ Supporting residents with daily personal care needs
Documenting and monitoring health conditions
Assisting with medication
???? Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Providing emotional and social support
What You Need:
Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent
Minimum 6 months experience in Aged Care
NDIS Clearance (or willing to obtain)
2025 Flu & COVID Vaccinations
Full Australian Working Rights
Must be currently based in Australia
