Buyer – North Lincolnshire - Circa £35,000
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with an established and growing manufacturer in North Lincolnshire who are looking for a Buyer to join their dynamic Procurement team.

Buyer Duties:
* Source and purchase raw materials in line with production requirements and inventory targets
* Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers to achieve best value
* Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure consistent supply
* Evaluate and understand the properties and benefits of raw materials used in production
* Work closely with production, quality, and planning teams to align purchasing activities with operational needs
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
Hours: Full time Monday – Friday
Required skills & experience:
* Proven experience in a procurement role within a manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of raw materials and their relevance in production processes
* Excellent negotiation, communication and supplier relationship management skills
* Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
