We are looking for a qualified planner who can ideally hit the ground running and who is looking to take on more complex projects, and who will mentor colleagues and help them broaden their experience. In our Development Management team, you will have the opportunity to gain wide ranging experience in a variety of planning applications including major housing and employment sites and be involved in development sites that are coming through our emerging Local Plan. The suitable candidate may already have this experience and knowledge, or be willing and enthusiastic to embark on further learning and professional development. South Staffordshire is a diverse district, made up of a collection of large and small villages, each with its own distinctive character set in an attractive semi-rural area on the western edge of the West Midlands conurbation. Around 80% of the district is Green Belt and we have a rich legacy of historic buildings and conservation areas.
