Rising Stars Wrap-Around Clubs Ltd is a friendly, well-established company with 18 years of experience in providing wraparound care. We strive to create a fun, safe, and enjoyable environment where children can engage in a variety of sporting and creative activities, while also offering parents and carers extended childcare provision. We offer breakfast, after-school, and, in some locations, holiday clubs at 13 different sites across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire—and we’re continuing to grow! We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Wrap-Around Club Manager for a busy and vibrant primary school in Hitchin. The ideal candidate should have at least: • A Level 3 Childcare qualification • Two years of previous experience The role is a full-time position, requiring 30 hours per week, including 6 hours of office-based planning and administrative tasks. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:15am to 9:00am and 2:45pm to 6:15pm for 52 weeks of the year. Our Holiday Clubs run from 7:45am – 5:15pm. The Club Manager will work 3 days a week at Holiday Club. We will consider flexible working arrangements for the successful applicant. Applicants with children will receive free childcare at any of our settings or holiday clubs. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with primary-aged children, demonstrates confidence, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in all situations, all while having a good sense of humour. Alongside the Deputy Manager, you will create a fun and engaging environment for the children, plan a diverse range of enjoyable activities, and support their well-being during their time under your care. Our Club Managers work closely as a team with other managers in the area, ensuring strong support in their roles. Planning and resourcing will be supported collaboratively by fellow managers.
