We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Project Manager to join in our team. In this role, you will focus on project management and stakeholder engagement, collaborating with central and local teams across multiple countries and business units. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the seamless execution of brand and creative initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, promotional plans, and marketing strategies. This includes planning, resource coordination, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. Lead the end-to-end management of the monthly content creation process, including SOP development, resource allocation, team coordination, and project tracking. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for all process, timeline, and resource-related matters, working closely with in-house design teams while coordinating with central traffic and local marketing teams. 3. Drive the creative automation workstream by onboarding and optimizing self-service graphic tools and AI applications to support a self-service creation model. Use a data-driven approach to collaborate with cross-functional teams within Amazon and continuously improve tools and processes. 4. Identify gaps in current SOPs and develop scalable solutions to enhance the in-house creative team's capabilities.
