MCC Manager (Flight Training) – Skyborne
We are looking for an experienced Multi‑Crew Cooperation Manager to lead the delivery of ATO‑approved MCC, APS MCC and MCCI(A) courses.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the school's compliance with regulatory requirements for multi‑crew training.
* Define and monitor the quality and standards of training delivered by MCCI(A) courses.
* Ensure all multi‑pilot training documentation, manuals, and courseware are fit for purpose and meet business needs.
* Deliver training that meets Skyborne's objective of being the safest, highest‑quality, customer‑focused training school.
* Manage and develop the Multi‑Crew courses.
Qualifications
* Current UK Part‑FCL MCCI(A) qualification; EASA Part‑FCL MCCI(A) desirable.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
* Leadership experience in a training management role.
* Extensive experience as an instructor for professional pilot licenses.
* Experience with SFI/TRI and SFE/TRE desirable.
* Previous airline experience.
Additional Information
Salary: £72,000 – £75,000 per annum.
* Monday – Friday working pattern.
* Available to work on weekends when required.
* Occasional travel to the Bournemouth base.
