As our Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring our service is consistently welcoming, efficient and of the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
* Leading, motivating and supporting the front‑of‑house team to deliver outstanding service
* Ensuring daily F&B operations run seamlessly and in line with company standards
* Training and developing team members to help them grow and perform confidently
* Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally
* Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers where needed
* Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and hygiene regulations
* Working collaboratively with the kitchen and management teams to deliver a smooth and coordinated service
Qualifications & Requirements
You’ll be a positive and proactive leader with a genuine passion for hospitality. Ideally, you will have:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within food & beverage
* Strong communication and people‑management skills
* A warm, customer‑focused approach
* The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast‑paced environment
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and evenings, across a 7‑day schedule
