We’ve partnered with a respected and growing children’s provider supporting young people with learning disabilities across Birmingham, seeking a forward-thinking Multi‑Site Manager to oversee the operation of multiple 2‑bedded residential services. This is a senior‑level opportunity for a leader who thrives on accountability, development, and service growth.
About the Role
Reporting into a supportive and knowledgeable senior leadership team which includes an Ex‑Ofsted Inspector and Clinical Lead, you’ll be responsible for the operational and regulatory oversight of several small, specialist children’s homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing strategic and operational leadership across multiple residential settings.
* Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and clinical frameworks.
* Coaching, mentoring, and supporting Registered Managers to maintain high standards of care.
* Leading service improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
* Working closely with the Clinical and Quality teams to drive consistency and outcomes.
* Contributing to the continued growth and development of new, high‑quality services.
About You
* Experienced leader within children’s residential or learning disability services.
* Proven success managing multiple sites or holding RI responsibilities.
* Deep understanding of Ofsted regulations, governance, and safeguarding.
* Strong strategic acumen with a passion for continuous improvement and excellence.
* Collaborative, inspirational leadership style that motivates teams and drives accountability.
