The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional manner, and the ability to build trust with patients while representing our pharmacy's values.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit patient addresses (as assigned) to assist with nomination forms and answer any questions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring they feel confident and supported.
* Promote pharmacy services such as prescription delivery, medication reviews, and health advice.
* Keep detailed and accurate records of patient calls, visits, and outcomes using the company's IT systems.
* Report progress and feedback to management regularly.
* Handle patient data with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
* Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure nominated patients are onboarded smoothly.

Requirements

* Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently.
* Confidence using phones, tablets, or computers for recording activity.
* Good knowledge of local areas (advantageous for field visits).
* A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.
