We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven Inbound Internal Sales Team Leader to work for dynamic and market leader in portable accommodation, modular construction and storage solutions. The role can offer excellent career progression opportunities for the right candidate. Applicants will need to have Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager experience from within telephone sales and/or contact centre customer service environment. A full induction and training programme will be provided. This is very much a “hands on” role with approx. 30% of time focussed on team leadership.
This role would suit candidates with experience as an Inbound Sales Team Leader, Internal Sales Team Leader, Account Manager, Telesales Team Leader or Customer Service Team Leader.
The role
Team Leader responsibilities:
Your role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and strengthening client relationships. You will lead and support a small team, monitoring their performance and providing strategic direction to help achieve sales targets and KPI’s. Sales strategy and planning and optimising sales processes.
Internal Sales Executive responsibilities:
To be the key point of contact for inbound inquiries from your allocated customer accounts, delivering an excellent customer experience which ensures repeat business.
Converting incoming telephone and emailed enquiries into sales opportunities and sales opportunities into profitable revenue
Providing quotations, advising on solutions and upselling. Follow up calls after quotes submitted.
Planning and prioritising customer/prospect contacts to ensure agreed sales targets are achieved.
Providing right first-time administration to ensure efficient processing of orders through to delivery.
Candidate requirements
“Hands on experience” in a customer focussed sales role E.g., Sales Executive, Account Manager, Telesales Executive, Inbound Sales Executive, Internal Sales Executive, or Customer Service Advisor from within a contact centre environment
Experience in Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager capacity, coaching and mentoring teams to achieve sales and KPI targets.
Experience of construction hire / portable accommodation would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
