Site Administrator - Construction Site
Location: Great Yarmouth
Type: Temporary (with potential to continue)
Rate: £16.60 per hour (UMB/CIS or PAYE available)
Start: Immediate
Working Hours: Flexible between 07:30 - 17:00, depending on availability
The Role
As Site Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of the site office, ensuring smooth communication and accurate record‑keeping.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing site documentation and filing systems
* Logging deliveries and maintaining site records
* Supporting site managers with admin duties
* Handling calls, emails, and general enquiries
* Assisting with timesheets and workforce records
* Ensuring compliance paperwork is up to date
Requirements
* Previous administrative experience (construction experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office
* Ability to work in a busy, fast‑paced environment
* Reliable and able to start immediately
