Job Description
We are excited to be looking for a MICE Operations Team Member to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in this field and above all, someone who enjoys being part of team, working with our clients and is enthusiastic, creative and passionate about what they do!
Responsibilities:
Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring rooms are prepared according to client specifications.
Serve food and beverages during events, maintaining a professional and attentive service style.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in event areas.
Ensure tables, chairs, linens, and equipment are correctly placed and well-presented.
Provide excellent guest service, anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.
Work closely with the Banqueting Supervisors and Managers and kitchen team to ensure seamless event delivery.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Handle guest enquiries in a polite, professional, and efficient manner.
Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications: Fluent in written and spoken English
The ability to multitask and work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team oriented
Flexibility of working hours
Must be legally eligible to work in UK
