The Role
As a Product Designer, you'll craft exceptional user experiences across our Web3 ecosystem, working on both trading and gaming products under the guidance of our Principal Designer. This is an opportunity to grow your skills across diverse product types while solving complex design challenges in blockchain. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ship features that make Web3 accessible and engaging for millions of users worldwide.
What you'll do
* Design end-to-end user experiences for features across our trading and gaming products, from initial concepts through to pixel-perfect implementation
* Work within established design systems while contributing improvements that enhance consistency across our product ecosystem
* Translate product requirements and user research into intuitive interfaces that simplify complex Web3 interactions
* Create detailed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate your vision clearly to engineering teams
* Prototype interactions and micro-animations that bring our products to life and enhance user engagement
* Collaborate with the Principal Designer to maintain design quality standards while pushing creative boundaries
* Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback
* Partner with engineering to ensure successful implementation, providing assets, specs, and ongoing design support
* Balance the different design needs of data-heavy trading interfaces and visually rich gaming experiences
* Stay current with Web3 design trends and emerging patterns in both DeFi and blockchain gaming
What you'll bring
* 4+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
* Solid foundation in UX principles with strong UI and visual design skills
* Experience designing for consumer-facing digital products, preferably in fintech, gaming, or marketplace environments
* Proficiency in design tools (Figma preferred) and prototyping software
* Basic understanding of Web3 concepts or demonstrated interest in learning blockchain technology
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt your design approach to different product contexts
* Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Self-motivated with ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance
Nice to haves
* Experience with trading platforms, financial products, or gaming/entertainment apps
* Knowledge of Web3 wallets, transactions, or DeFi concepts
* Animation and motion design skills
* Experience with design systems and component libraries
* Background in user research and testing methodologies
