Job Description
We are looking for Prescription Management Administrators to join our department on a full-time, temporary basis. If you are a passionate and caring individual seeking a role aligned with a meaningful mission—helping to make a difference in patients' lives—then this is the opportunity for you!
Main Responsibilities
* Support the Pharmacy Prescription Management Operations in handling prescriptions, patient data entry, and pharmacy communications.
* Assist in the safe, effective, and efficient supply of medication, adhering to regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.
* Follow and promote relevant SOPs, company policies, and procedures.
* Scan documents into management systems or databases.
* Ensure accurate input of patient data into document management and CRM systems.
* Respond professionally to correspondence from patients and clients.
* Maintain documentation filing systems within the department.
* Label and dispense prescriptions timely and accurately, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
* Collaborate with the Prescription Management and dispensing teams for accurate data processing and smooth dispensary operations.
* Read and comply with communications from head office and other relevant parties.
* Perform any reasonable requests from supervisors or team leads.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing suggestions.
* Support other departments as needed, especially during busy periods.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday on a rotating schedule:
* 7am - 4pm (Week 1)
* 8am - 5pm (Week 2)
* 9am - 6pm (Week 3)
Experience and Skills
* Desirable: 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
* Previous administrative experience preferred but not essential.
Qualifications
1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting is desirable.
Personal Skills & Qualities
* Confident in providing accurate, technical knowledge related to medication supply.
* Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships within the pharmacy team.
