* Leading building surveying instructions across sectors
* Delivering dilaps, surveys, PPM and defect advice
* Acting as PM and Contract Administrator
* Supporting business development and client growth
* Mentoring surveyors and setting standards
Qualifications
* Chartered Building Surveyor
* Consultancy experience across mixed sectors
* Confident advising clients and leading workstreams
* Commercial mindset with a people-first approach
* Motivation to help grow a regional business
Salary and benefits
