Fixed Term One Year
Applications are invited for the above post based in Health Records, Dundee Dental Hospital.
Responsibilities
* Provide a full health records service to all clinical departments, clinic and undergraduate staff within the Dundee Dental Hospital, other Hospitals, General Dental Practices and General Practices.
* Provide a clinic receptionist service in the Health Records Department, Dundee Dental Hospital.
* Adhere to the national standards and professional conduct: compliant with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Strong organisational, communication, keyboard and IT skills.
* Previous experience working in an NHS or similar environment with extensive public interaction.

* Current NHS Tayside Employees: Written approval must be sought from your line manager prior to applying for this secondment. You will be required to bring this if shortlisted for interview.
Work Details
* Hours of work: 37 hours per week; Monday to Friday.
