Responsibilities
* Collaborate with broader Scotland team to develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets in your assigned territory.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
* Deliver engaging and informative presentations to healthcare providers.
* Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to grow your territory.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Provide timely feedback and insights to your team to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Proven track record in sales or customer/patient-facing roles (preferably within pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare setting).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
* Willingness to travel within your territory.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape in the United Kingdom.
* Demonstrated ability to build long-term professional relationships.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis.
This role is field based, requiring regular travel within your assigned territory. You will need to be located within or 30 miles from territory boundary. You’ll also have access to hybrid working options for administrative tasks.
