BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a leading provider of digital products and services in the iGaming industry, to find a skilled Sales Development Representative to join their fast-paced team in London (on a hybrid basis).
Responsibilities:
* Own all inbound and outbound lead generation and initial outreach.
* Drive sales opportunities across the business in partnership with the Head of Sales.
* Identify and develop new clients and markets within lottery, casino, and sports betting sectors.
* Build, manage, and report on a robust sales pipeline, tracking performance against targets.
* Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights.
* Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.
* Prepare and present clear sales reports to senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities.
* Continuously improve sales processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
* Conduct discovery calls, create tailored sales propositions, and support project handover to delivery teams.
* Maintain accurate sales databases, prospect knowledge systems, and ongoing outreach (e.g. LinkedIn).
* Support all sales and new business initiatives, reporting directly to the Head of Sales.
* Comply with and support the implementation and maintenance of ISO27001 ISMS requirements.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales or new business development.
* Strong research skills to identify and qualify prospects and market opportunities.
* Confident presenter with the ability to analyse data and deliver clear insights.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to plan and achieve short- and long-term sales targets.
* Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently to deadlines.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills across all channels.
