Experience:
* Minimum 1+ years' experience in fashion retail management
* Positive attitude and willingness to grow
* Proven success in achieving sales results and managing budgets
* Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business
* Decision-making skills focused on optimal outcomes
* Ability to foster a positive culture and a one-team environment
* Self-motivated and effective communicator
