We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Live-out Housekeeper to join the team at a large private residence in Henley-on-Thames.
Working as part of an established household team, this role is focused on ensuring the property is maintained to the highest possible standards.
Responsibilities include daily housekeeping and hygiene checks, supervising a small team of cleaners, coordinating with contractors and maintenance staff, managing household supplies and groceries and supporting the Estate Manager with ongoing tasks and events. Duties will also extend to laundry and turn-down service, plant and pet care (including dogs), occasional cooking during weekends and assisting with staff provisions. The ideal candidate will be flexible, hands-on, discreet and an excellent team player, with a proactive and professional approach. Previous experience in a housekeeping role is preferred, but candidates with the right attitude and transferable skills will also be considered. While this is a live-out role and preference is for someone local, on-site accommodation can be provided.
This position offers a salary of £40-£45k gpa depending on experience.
