Coordinate work across departments to ensure projects are designed, produced, finished, delivered, and installed on time. Communicate changes and priorities to the team. Oversee projects from design to installation. Monitor project quality, spot potential issues, and proactively implement solutions. Maintain client communications throughout the process. Assist with pricing and securing new projects. Manage the Workshop Manager, Sprayer, and on-site Installers, providing leadership to the wider team.About you: Strong cabinetry joinery background (5+ years).
