The Position: Confident in supervising and leading a team, with the ability to motivate staff, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role, demonstrating effective leadership and decision-making abilities. The Person: Skilled in organising events with attention to detail, including preparing professional quotes and managing smooth execution. Knowledgeable about handling special dietary requirements to meet diverse customer needs. Highly organised with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail. Strong email and software skills, coupled with effective verbal and written communication. Holds a valid driver’s license, full-time working rights, and a positive, proactive attitude.
