Boden deliver facilities maintenance, fire and security services and project works to the Ministry of Defence and commercial clients at multiple sites across the South West and South East.

Main Duties of the role:
* Handle general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and responding in a timely manner.
* Accurately create, update, and maintain records in software systems, databases, and filing systems.
* Serve as a first point of contact for client enquiries and service requests, managing responses efficiently and professionally.
* Work collaboratively with the supply chain team by obtaining quotes, tracking orders, resolving issues, and ensuring timely order placement.
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as needed to support operational objectives.
* Ensure company policies and procedures are followed, maintaining high standards of compliance across all activities.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders via email and telephone, providing updates on job statuses and addressing queries.
* Where necessary monitor and track security clearances or ID card expiry dates.
* Liaise with various departments to deliver administrative assistance to support their needs.
* Work collaboratively with all departments across the business.
Required Skills and Abilities:
* Previous administration experience in a similar environment.
* High level of computer literacy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
