The role begins in January, with trial sessions available before the end of term. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support the child with emotional regulation, daily routines, early literacy engagement, and structured interventions recommended by the SENCO and external specialists. You will help the pupil build confidence, manage transitions, and access lessons in a calm and supported way.
