What you'll do

* Assist with lease and licence management, including landlord/tenant matters.
* Support with title administration and portfolio management - reviewing title documents, conducting Land Registry searches and maintaining accurate records.
* Support post-completion management, including SDLT returns and Land Registry applications.
* Provide transactional support for acquisitions and disposals of assets within client portfolios.
* Draft, amend and maintain precedent letters and house-style documents.
* Ensure proper archiving, storage, and retrieval of property documents and deeds.
* Generate and circulate client reports, ensuring timely updates and delivery.
* Handle travel and diary management, ensuring fee earners are fully prepared for meetings.
* Respond to client and stakeholder queries with clear, professional communication.
