Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant
You'll be instrumental in creating a positive and effective learning environment by:
* Classroom Support: Collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support pupil learning.
* Pupil Champion: Providing individualised support, helping pupils with their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs.
* Engaging Learning: Contributing to making learning exciting and accessible for every pupil.
What We're Looking For

* A strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
* Previous experience working with children with SEN.
