You will cultivate and secure major and principal gifts from a highly receptive and loyal constituency in the UK and internationally, exploring a rich portfolio full of potential.
Head of Operations
£50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience with scope to go beyond for an exceptional candidate)

As Head of Operations and a member of the senior leadership team, you will shape the systems, governance, and operational infrastructure that support the Trust’s long‑term success and cultivate a high‑performing and collaborative operational culture.
