What You'll Be Doing
* Owning the full customer experience from first contact to resolution
* Handling enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and energy
* Managing complaints and solving issues quickly, calmly and with care
* Troubleshooting delivery problems and following through with couriers
* Keeping internal systems and customer data updated and accurate
* Supporting fans, collectors, and VIP customers around the world
* Representing the voice of the brand at every touchpoint
What They're Looking For
* Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally e-commerce, retail, or fast-paced support
* Strong communication skills - clear, confident, and people-first
* Someone who thrives under pressure
* Detail-driven and organised
* A natural problem-solver with a proactive, get it done mindset
* Most importantly: you must live and breathe sport
* You understand the mindset of fans, the value of the product, and why the small details matter
* You bring pride, passion, and focus to every interaction
