Job Summary – Sub‑contract position. Pay: £1000–£1300 per week, paid weekly in arrears with overtime opportunities.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Gas Service Engineer to support residents in social housing. You will be responsible for servicing, ensuring safety, compliance, and comfort for tenants across our housing stock.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of gas boilers in domestic properties.
* Ensure all work complies with current gas safety regulations and company standards.
* Deliver excellent customer service, respecting tenants’ homes and needs.
Requirements
* ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1).
* Proven experience in domestic gas servicing and repairs.
* Strong understanding of gas safety regulations.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Desirable
* Experience working in social housing.
