Teacher of Business Studies & ICT – Burnley – October 2025 Start
The Role
Vision for Education are currently looking to appoint a Teacher of Business Studies & ICT for a secondary school based in Burnley, starting October 2025.
This is a long-term role with no fixed end date, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated and forward-thinking department.
The successful candidate will hold a teaching qualification and a degree in Business, and will be required to teach both Business Studies and ICT across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
You will need a strong grasp of the National Curriculum, and the ability to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
We are looking for someone who is inspiring, approachable, and enthusiastic, and who can quickly build positive relationships within the classroom and across the wider school community.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will:
Have experience teaching Business Studies to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Be passionate about education and committed to student progress
Have the ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
Be a team player who is eager to become part of a committed and dynamic teaching team
