You’ll be comfortable working closely with the designer to deliver creative material ensuring activities are delivered within budget, to deadline and with appropriate metrics in place to measure effectiveness.
The role and responsibilities include:
15. Multi channel campaign management
16. Ability to turn complex messages into easily understood ones for a diverse range of audiences.
17. Delivering of marketing campaigns or events involving multiple stakeholders.
18. Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate.
19. Develop and Manage the Marketing Plan
20. Updating blog and news pages on Websites.
21. Creating and posting case studies on the website.
22. Managing PoS material for B2B activities to support the sales team.
23. Organising videos for uploading to the website and social media.
24. Work with the Commercial and Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
25. Produce quality presentation proposals for key prospects.
26. Manage external marketing.
27. Ensure all marketing is on-brand and consistent.
28. Creation of content for development of brand
29. To ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with our brand identity and reflect the company values.
To be successful in the role of Marketing Manager we require the following skills and experience:
30. Extensive knowledge of CRM.
31. Understanding of project programs and deadlines.
32. Financial understanding of project costs and budget awareness.
33. Experience within the Financial sector (essential).
34. Exposure to Google Analytics, Ads, Facebook Business Platform etc.
Responsibilities:
35. Develop a repository of resources to generate leads, subscribers, and enhance brand awareness in UK and other English speaking markets.
36. Create diverse content types (ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, blogs, etc.) to support campaigns.
37. Manage and evolve the overall content strategy in UK.
38. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including designers, product marketing, sales, and external influencers and blog writers.
39. Produce web and channel-specific content for various platforms (Blog, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
40. Build online and offline audiences.
41. Assist in developing media ad creative and messaging, in coordination with our internal marketing agency.
42. Actively participate in team meetings and required training.
43. Adhere to brand guidelines in the production of all assets.
44. Work with the UK sales team to produce content and materials supporting business development activities.
45. Orchestrate events and exhibitions, overseeing logistics and planning.
46. Manage awards submissions and coordinate participation.
47. Cultivate and manage relationships with global influencers, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
48. Other reasonable management requests as per the needs of the business.
Skills and experience required:
49. In-depth knowledge of the HubSpot Content Optimization System.
50. Experience in producing smart CTAs according to the visitor lifecycle stage.
51. Content marketing experience for a B2B SaaS or Cloud business.
52. Creative with the ability to analyse data
53. Excellent written communication skills
54. Track record of building an inbound marketing engine with a good understanding of SEO.
