We are looking for experienced Conveyancing Assistants to join our highly successful Residential Conveyancing teams in either Hartlepool, Stockton or Wynyard.

We have vacancies in our Hartlepool, Stockton and Wynyard offices as our Conveyancing department continues to grow.
You will be skilled in providing administrative support to a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Senior Conveyancing Executive and be capable of using a high degree of self-management and initiative.
Main Duties include:
1. Attending to clients on the phone, by email and in person whilst presenting a professional and friendly image in keeping with the Firm's standards of client care.
2. Review incoming post and ensure the Fee Earner is aware of matters to be addressed.
3. Assist in providing updates to clients, solicitors and estate agents.
4. Update referrers using electronic spreadsheets and portals.
5. Prepare Stamp Duty Land Transaction returns.
6. Prepare standard letters and emails.
7. Ensure documents are saved to the client file in accordance with departmental procedures and files are kept up to date on a daily basis.
You should ideally have:
1. Experience of working in a conveyancing environment.
2. Discretion and confidentiality.
3. An ability to work to strict deadlines.
