We are working on some of the UK most iconic commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. As we expand their high-performing technical design team, we are seeking a Rainscreen Cladding Designer with the creativity, precision, and ambition to contribute to landmark projects from concept to completion.
? Key Responsibilities:
* Produce fully detailed rainscreen cladding design drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
* Develop fabrication and installation drawings in coordination with structural and architectural teams.
* Solve complex detailing challenges involving insulation, weatherproofing, thermal breaks, and interface junctions.
* Work closely with project managers, façade consultants, and main contractors on design coordination.
* Ensure compliance with CWCT, NHBC, and relevant British Standards.
? What We’re Looking For:
* Strong CAD skills essential; Revit or 3D modelling advantageous.
* Solid understanding of aluminium systems, subframes, fire stopping, and wind load performance.
* Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings with strong attention to detail.
* A collaborative, proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
