Poste et missions


Overall Purpose

Responsible for co-ordinating in front office KYC & KYB processing of new clients and periodic reviews of existing clients withing the London Banking Coverage, IB and Real assets.

Liaising with the business managers on KYB forms and dealing directly with the vetting departments in various geographies to onboard clients with minimal delay and disruption to business and ongoing deals.

Point of contact for all KYC and KYB queries to free up business to concentrate on origination of new deals / refinancing.

Main responsibilities

Onboarding New Clients

1. Occasionally create a RAF (account number) in Tethy’s system for Investment Banking, Coverage and Real Assets, UK.

2. Establish correct documents required for the type of client and business and gather the information and submit in Clientpass (Natixis KYC system) or directly to the vetting departments via mail.

3. Liaise with agents and deal teams on new deals to ensure relevant or updated documentation is received and submitted in a timely manner.

4. Keep client KYC documents up to date and file all documentation in the correct KYC files.

5. Liaise with vetting teams in London, Porto and Algiers on up to date vetting processes of all clients.

6. KYB Digital to be completed with the assistance of the main CRM who will conduct the final sign off.

7. Ensure all products required for the business are added in the Clientpass system/ KYB Digital.

8. Request MIFID/EMIR documentation if required and ensure client is compliant.

9. Confirm with the deal team that the vetting is complete and client is approved before business is conducted.

10. Obtain access to Debt Domain and Syntrak for future documents.

Periodic Reviews

11. Liase with Porto vetting contacts to ensure upcoming reviews are in hand.

12. Update KYB Digital with assistance of the main CRM and global hubs to ensure accurate product lists and client contacts.

13. Manage the KYC documents collection through independent research and the client contacts/vetting analysts and file any updated information.

14. Submit all KYC documents to the vetting teams and chase for final CRM sign off throughout the vetting window.

15. Address additional blocking points with KYC documents through online research and client clarifications.

16. Liase with Porto vetting contacts to arrange for extensions and waivers to ensure no disruption to business lines.

17. Create LEM maintenance requests to add additional products when required by the business.

Internal & External Relations

18. Develop strong relationships with Front Office and vetting departments mainly in London, Porto and Algiers but not limited to these offices.

19. Develop strong relationships with Global Vetting, Compliance and Financial Crime

Responsible for producing/reviewing

Co Ordinating Periodic Reviews, with a complete KYB Digital and KYC document list, clients must have approved vetting before deadlines for the Front Office – Investment Banking, Coverage and Real Assets teams in London.
