Job Title: Electro Mechanical Assembly Technicians

The Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electronic Mechanical Assembly Technician in Aylesbury. The Technician will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electronic components, electrical wiring and testing.
Daily tasks include using hand tools to perform mechanical assembly, working with electronics manufacturing processes, and ensuring all products meet quality standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electro mechanical systems according to technical drawings and assembly instructions.
Carry out wiring, crimping, and electrical connections with attention to quality and safety.
Precision soldering of electronics components
Conduct functional testing and assist with quality assurance checks prior to dispatch.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment.
Work collaboratively with engineers and technicians to improve assembly efficiency and resolve technical issues.
Follow company procedures and contribute to continuous improvement in production processes.
Assist with stock handling, component preparation, and workshop organisation as required.Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in the build of electro mechanical systems
Good practical skills and attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions
Ability to follow assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and safety procedures.
Basic understanding of tools, electrical components, and mechanical fittings.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Additional Info:
Hours: 7.30am-4.00pm Monday to Friday
