Santander is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor based out of Minehead Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota's basis Monday to Saturday, between 8 am and 6 pm. For our customers, you'll be more than the friendly face and voice of Santander. You'll be a listener and problem solver, helping with cash transactions, banking hall technology, phone calls, or fraud protection. You'll thrive in a busy, varied, and challenging branch environment, working across a broad range of activities and using cutting‐edge technology to explore new ideas.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
* Assist with day‐to‐day transactions, queries and servicing
* Answer customer calls into the contact centre
* Build relationships and find solutions
* Develop knowledge of services and products to assist customers
* Identify new ways to improve the customer experience

This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35‐hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
