Overview
Working with Design Engineers and Managers across the UK water sector to strengthen teams and support careers. A well-established regional civil engineering and utilities provider are looking for a CAD Technician with a background in civil infrastructure and drainage design, ideally within the UK water sector.
Qualifications
* Proficient in 2D/3D CAD, Civil 3D, and BIM tools (e.g., BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud)
* Experience with drainage design, infrastructure/non-infrastructure projects
* Knowledge of UK Water Industry standards (WIMES, CIWEM, Sewer Sector Guidance)
* Strong communication & collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams
* Understanding of Health & Safety/CDM regulations
* Full UK driving license
* Surveying experience (GPS, MH cards/tables)
* MEICA or BIM integration knowledge
