We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities
* Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting retail, commercial, construction, and hospitality sectors.
* Conduct in-person client meetings to understand specific signage requirements, present tailored solutions, and close sales.
* Visit client sites to conduct thorough surveys, accurately assess signage needs, and gather measurements, photographs, and installation notes.
* Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of designs and installations.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and secure referrals.
* Follow up on all quotes and proposals promptly and professionally, ensuring clients receive timely and tailored solutions.
* Maintain meticulous CRM records and keep all sales documentation accurate and up-to-date.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* A full UK driving license and personal vehicle are required for travel to client sites.
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
* Proven ability to work autonomously and with a high degree of self-motivation, taking initiative to drive results.
* A high level of attention to detail is critical for accurate site surveys and project documentation.
* A consultative, professional approach to sales, focusing on building trust and providing the best solution for the client.
