The Client:

The Role:
5. The main responsibility of this role is to negotiate the sale of New Homes properties (on and off plan).
6. Completing daily duties such as registering applicants, booking and conducting viewings and negotiating offers to complete the deal, ensuring the deal is successfully completed to achieve performance targets.
About you:
7. You will have 2+ year's experience selling New Homes (either on-site or across a portfolio)
8. You will have a proven track record of New Homes sales.
9. You will have a resilient and confident attitude and be a can-do person!
