You will also hold a recognised teaching or assessing qualification.In this role you will deliver both classroom and workshop-based training, assess student progress, support apprentices throughout their learning journey, and work closely with employers to ensure training meets current industry standards.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already working in education or training who is looking to join a growing organisation where they can play an important role in the development of the provision and progress as the department continues to expand.The Role: * Delivering and assessing Plumbing and Heating training * Supporting apprentices through their learning and development * Working with small class sizes to ensure high-quality training * Monday to Friday role with a strong focus on learner successThe Person: * Level 3 qualification in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent) * Experience in lecturing, training or assessing apprentices or learners * Must hold a teaching or assessing qualification * Passionate about developing the next generation of plumbers and heating engineers
