Our business is growing and so are the opportunities for you to thrive. We are currently looking for a skilled Electrician to join our successful Response business based in the Newton Abbot area. You will specialise in carrying out Responsive Maintenance Repairs to our customers properties. Responsibilities
* Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing domestic setting, with occasional electrical testing requirements.
* Attending reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, and on occasions planned refurbishment jobs (within void properties).
* Working in a domestic environment; you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.
* Emergency call out will be expected on a rota basis. Qualifications include NVQ Level 3 as an Electrician, or similar professional body (e.g., City & Guilds), with 18th Edition certificate and AM2.
* Test and Inspect qualification desirable.
* Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant response environment experience (albeit not essential).
* Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes; you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people.
* Driving licence, with eligibility to drive in the UK.
