About the Roles

Depending on your experience and preferences, you may work in classrooms, small group settings, or dedicated support units within schools.
Your day-to-day role may include supporting students with their learning, helping manage behaviour, delivering targeted interventions, or providing pastoral support to help students stay engaged and succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting students in lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Providing one-to-one or small group support
Assisting with behaviour management and student engagement
Helping students with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams
Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive school environment
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to supporting young people.
You may be suitable if you have:
Experience working with children or young people (education, care, coaching, youth work, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, calm, and supportive approach
The ability to work well as part of a team
An interest in education, psychology, or youth support
A degree or relevant qualification is beneficial but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
