Annual salary: up to £16,380.82 Part-Time Administrator Location: Basingstoke Contract Type: Permanent / Part-Time 25hrs a week Salary: Prorated to 16,380.82 per annum plus great company benefits We are looking for an Exceptional Administrator who is proactive, methodical, confident, able to work on their own initiative and support multiple teams within our business. About the Role: The successful Administrator will be assertive, positive and flexible with the desire to be that person that everyone turns to for support This is a 25hr a week contract and we can be flexible on the start and end time; this would suit someone looking for work that could cater for school hours or potential mornings and afternoons. The Administrator will be working within our property moveout team, ensuring any admin tasks that are required within your workload and wider team are completed. You will be required to complete end tenancy paperwork, process invoices, analyse and input data. There will also be a requirement to take calls, so you must be confident on the phone dealing with customers and queries. You must be able to prioritise workload and know what needs doing at each time, have a high level of customer service with great communication skills. Key to the role is experience in working with high volume and fast turnarounds maintaining an efficient and accurate approach.
