The Role
The EMEA Sales Director will be responsible for leading regional sales activity, building strategic client relationships, and driving sustainable growth across the UK and wider EMEA market.
You will operate as both a hands-on seller and regional leader, working closely with delivery, leadership, and alliance partners to win and grow complex consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the EMEA sales strategy aligned to global growth objectives
* Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise consulting opportunities
* Build trusted relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior business leaders
* Lead complex solution sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature
* Expand revenue within existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
* Work closely with delivery and consulting teams to shape compelling proposals
* Build and maintain a strong regional pipeline and forecast accuracy
* Represent the organisation at industry events, partner engagements, and client meetings
* Collaborate with alliance partners and technology vendors to generate new opportunities
* Contribute to market positioning and regional brand visibility
Experience Required
* Demonstrated success in enterprise sales within consulting, technology, or SaaS environments
* Strong track record of delivering revenue growth across the UK and EMEA markets
* Experience selling digital transformation, finance transformation, or enterprise software solutions
* Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
* Experience working with C-suite stakeholders, particularly within finance functions
* Strong commercial negotiation and deal-closing capability
* Experience building and managing regional pipelines and forecasting revenue
* Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams
Preferred Background
* Experience in Corporate Performance Management (CPM), EPM, or financial systems
* Familiarity with finance transformation programmes
* Experience working with alliance or partner ecosystems
* Background in consulting or professional services sales
